Work Permits

Work Permit Instructions:
  1. Student must be 14 years of age or older
  2. Work Permit Application needs filled out and signed by parent or guardian
  3. Provide a copy of approved proof of age as listed on the Work Permit Application  
  4. Work Permit Application (filled out and signed by parent/guardian) and copy of proof of age can be provided to the High School Guidance Office and a Work Permit can be issued. 
  5. Student must be present to sign the Work Permit.
