On Thursday, May 29, 2025, Sports Physicals are being offered for our students by Dr. Daniel Kupas at Leechburg High School starting at 8 AM. The cost is $25 per student. A Sports Physical performed on or after May 1, 2025, covers all student athletes for the entire 2025-2026 athletic seasons.
All athletes and their parents must register in Student Central. If you are already registered, you will need to complete all the forms for 2025-2026 sports season. Once you are registered for the 2025-2026 sport season and you had a physical performed by Dr. Kupas, the Athletic Office will upload your PIAA physical into Student Central.
It is not required that you have your physical on this date. You may also have your sports physical performed by your PCP/Urgent Care facility; however, all physicals must be turned in before each sport’s official practice start date.
Sports physicals are required for the following sports:
Cheerleading Basketball
Football Track
Golf Softball
Soccer Baseball
Volleyball
